The Medical Laboratories branch of Sanz Medical Center–Laniado Hospital unites seven laboratories under one framework. The laboratories focus on these special fields

The laboratories perform over one million tests per year, of over three hundred different kinds of tests. The laboratories are equipped with modern, advanced equipment and connected to a unique computer system for operation and management of the laboratories, which enables flow of laboratory information to the hospital departments. The computer system is also connected to the hospital computer infrastructure, allowing the medical staff immediate access to lab results.

The laboratories provide service to the hospital departments and clinics, as well as to members of various health funds, the Ministry of Defense, and private patients.

The laboratories participate in both internal and external, international quality control programs, and their achievements are laudable. Laboratory staff in all fields constantly follows new developments in lab technologies and medical advancements in order to preserve a high level of professionalism and quality.
